Dr. Chad Collom is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP). He has been in practice since 2004 seeing adolescents (13 and up) and adults for medication management of mental disorders such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, and Substance Abuse.
